Professor Jena's and Professor Xing's Availability

Prof. Jena and Prof. Xing’s Cornell Outlook Calendars are up to date. Everyone at Cornell can see their availability using Outlook Calendar.  Current group members can view their availability and schedule meetings with them through the group Calendly page (link on the group Box folder).

The Jena-Xing Group Calendars
The Jena-Xing group has multiple calendars for group members only: the Travel calendar & the sign-up calendars for each equipment.

The weekly group meetings are typically held on Fridays at 3:30-5pm. For more information, please contact the group admin.

Parking and Directions to Profs. Jena's and Xing's offices in Phillips Hall

The ParkMobile lots are highly recommended for 7:30am-5:00pm (available for everyone, visitors and employees).  The closest ParkMobile lot is the first floor of the Hoy Garage (the upper floors for Cornell permit holders, & the small open-air lot is no longer available due to construction of the CIS new buildings).  The next ParkMobile lot is the Oxley lot, about 10 min walk to Duffield Hall.  The Info Booth is typically un-manned these days.

Research parking options prior to arriving on Campus on the Cornell Transportation website.  The most convenient option is often the ParkMobile spots (for up to a few hours) and lots (for up to a day) around the campus.  One should have ParkMobile app installed on their phone.
