Two SUPREME researchers in Prof. Xing’s group are heading to Arizona in January 2025.
As a SUPREME UG Microelectronics Fellow, Kathryn Z. worked on electron-beam lithography and airbridge fabrication for RF devices. She recently presented her MEng project and won the 3rd place in the Best MEng Poster Award. During her PhD, Kathleen S. studied metal contacts with oxides suitable for high voltage applications and BEOL processes.
Earlier this year, Len van Deurzen (AEP, PhD’24) and Brad Morell (MSE, BS’24) both joined Intel, and Hardik Murarka (MSE, MS’24) joined Lam Research.
