June 10-12 Jena Xing students traveled together to Cambridge to attend the 2nd Annual Review meeting of the SUPREME Center at MIT. Professor H. Grace Xing is the director of the SUPREME Center, a microelectronics research center funded through the JUMP 2.0 consortium of the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) and its partners.
Several Jena Xing students presented posters and lightning talks on their research within the center:
Joseph Dill (PI Grace Xing) “Measuring and Improving Transport in GaN/AlN Two-Dimensional Hole Gases”
EK Kim (PI Grace Xing) “N-polar GaN/AlGaN/AlN high electron mobility transistors on single-crystal bulk AlN substrates”
Thai-Son Nguyen (PI Debdeep Jena) “Lattice-matched Multiple Channel AlScN/GaN Heterostructures for Next Generation GaN Devices”
Chandrashekhar Savant (PI Debdeep Jena) “AlBN: Integrating Enhanced Functionalities in Epitaxial GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors”
Congratulations to our group members on all their hard work!
