The roadmap of ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor development has seen an official climb with various research programs started in the past few years: the DOE EFRC ULTAR program, the ARO UWBG RF Center, the most recent DARPA UWBGS program etc. This is an excellent effort from EK on his recent push for the UWBGS to deliver performance in close collaboration with the lead grower Jashan Singhal.
